You can delete your account entirely from within the app, under Settings. This permanently removes your data, including chats, folders, and profile information.
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Find the account deletion option.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
TODO: Add the exact in-app menu names/path (e.g. Settings → Account → Delete account) once the current menu structure is confirmed.
Deleted chats and folders on their own are held for 30 days before permanent removal, in case you change your mind. Deleting your whole account removes your data right away.

Email support@bizgrapes.com from your account email and ask us to delete your account. We'll take it from there.
